They fixed both items on site within ten minutes , they’re real pros and in super grateful as my other shoppe wasn’t able to find the piece needed for the finiteness equipment , my other item DB bag was fixed and they charged me ten only . The best in town

Had a zipper replaced on an overnight bag. Got it home, packed for a trip i was leaving on. Zipper stuck and didn't work!! Tried to get it to work, but it's broken!! So disappointed!

Let me start by saying that this shoe repair place has been in downtown Rialto ever since I can remember. I have used their services a few times when it was owned by an older gentleman and didn’t have any issues. I recently walked in to drop off my Ugg Boots for a routine cleaning, to my surprise the place looked like it had an upgrade. It definitely had a woman’s touch to it. I was greeted by a nice lady that explained what the shoe cleaning process entailed and what to expect after. She let me know that her sister recently took over ownership of the business. The whole appearance of the place was clean, modern and professional. The prices seemed very reasonable and at the end I was pleased with the work done on my shoes. Welcome to the new owners to our beautiful downtown Rialto!🤝👠👢🥿👛👜

Hi Gerald, Our hours, phone and location are updated now. Harry's is under new ownership as of Sept 2017. We are now call Harry's Bag & Shoe Repair, no longer Harry's Shoe Repair & Locksmith.
