Staff here are nice. Busy but the line moved pretty quick. I only come here now after too many bad experiences at the San Bernardino post office.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They come and "attempt" to deliver a package, but they never knock or ring the doorbell and this has happened so many times now. Why? Why are you not notifying me you are here? I don't always have eyes on the front of my house. So now I have to go down to the actual post office and try and pick up my package in 2 days again since it's the weekend. Tell your people to ring or knock and not just shove the paper in the door and run.

This is by far the best post office. Very nice staff. Pamela I believe that was her name. Was very helpful nice and made sure my package was seal correctly. And definitely a + they provide tape for your boxes. I appreciate that very much.

Hi, if you believe that I'd recommend you'd report it to the post office website or at least file a report maybe to the police.
My package says delivered but when I went to check the mail, mail lady of our neighborhood left a key to open the bottom mailbox for 2P but the key is for receptable 1P, what can I do to get my package???

You can contact the post office to replace the key lock for your mail but it's going to cost around $50
I did a change of address for myself and now I'm getting another family members mail where I was staying . I can't get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue

Yes. There are secure drop off boxes in the east parking lot and a mail slot in the lobby.

The Rialto post office does open on Saturday until 2pm I believe. Sunday is closed.
