I would skip based on their current policies. Fitting rooms closed due to covid yet no one is wearing a mask. No returns permitted. Checked out their workout clothing (not expensive brands) and it was priced more than just getting brand new at a Target sale.

I give 5 stars to the volunteers who work here in this store as part of light work because they suffered a work injury. These people are the ones who organize and clean the store and keep it presentable, but the owners treat them as if they are going to steal things from the store and harass them all the time. Some people have lost their jobs when the owners say that they violated the store's policies but that is not the tru and the volunteers employers do nothing. I will not go back to donate anything because these people are getting rich when they sell everything expensive and treat people like thieves. If you or anyone goes to buy clothes looking like a homeless person they will attack you as if you are going to rob the entire store. They should be ashamed.

The prices are HORRIBLE for being a thrift store. How are low income families suppose to afford this? These stores are put in communities to help those that cannot afford new things and yet they're taking advantage of the items donated. I truly feel bad for those that can't afford basic clothing. My girls LOVE thrifting to re-use clothes and to find unique pieces of clothes. I don't see it fair for others to afford these things. I spent close to 100.00 for a few pairs of clothes and my girls were happy but I couldn't stop thinking of others that don't have this type of money to dress their children. Now please don't think we got brand items or new items lol they got some regular BASIC things.

What's going on in Rialto? Stopped by this place on the way home to check it out. Great selection of items, but everything is vastly overpriced. To top it off they write the price in red sharpie on the item itself, destroying any value it might've had. Skip this dump and go anywhere else.

There are always 2 tag colors that are 50% and 40% off. Plus there are always racks at the front that are 1 for $1 or 2 for $1.

I did not see no signs saying, no Pets allowed! It's a strong possibility that most of the people that go into the store, look more uglier than their Pets. Hopefully this answers the question. J
