Any experience with Dr. J. Creswell is always excellent. His years of experience (super important), concern for pet, kindness, kind communication with pet owner, flexibility, conservative care of only recommending what is necessary and in turn keeping costs down for the pet owner (super important), and does not nickel and dime you for every little thing is just an exceptional level of care and service. Best vet I know! The rest of the staff is also wonderful. I always recommend RAH to others.

This review might be lengthy but as a pet parent I feel it’s important to share especially because good animal hospitals are hard to come by these days. Rialto Animal Hospital is the only place I trust to take care of my fur babies. The facility itself is beautiful and always clean, they have separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, they even have a little cafe area. The exams are extremely through, the vets actually listen to what you have to say, they explain everything, and they don’t rush you out. They take time with their patients to make sure all of their needs are met. The level of compassion this animal hospital has is unmatched. I had to take my baby in earlier this week to be put down. It was an emergency situation and they were able to squeeze us in so she wouldn’t have to suffer through the night or go somewhere else where they lack compassion and empathy. This was my first time going through this and the vet and the techs explained everything to me every step of the way. They turned off the lights in the outside hallway and gave us our privacy. They have a little button to push to let them know when you’re ready to move on to the next step so you get as much time as you want and need with your fur baby in their final moments. After everything, I received a beautiful card in the mail that they took time to write in. Although it made me cry, that thoughtful gesture meant the world to me. Thank you Rialto Animal Hospital for all of the amazing work you do! You guys truly love and care for your patients and their families 💕

I started taking my dog there when he needed specialty service that our previous vet could not provide. It is more pricey and from what I've seen they don't take walk ins for emergencies, which sucks in case it's ever needed, but the service makes up for it. They treat him well, we are seen pretty quickly, Dr. Lau takes her time with the patients and does thorough examinations and asks if you have questions and really explains the results.

My cat (Sweetie Pie) and I's first visit to Rialto Animal Hospital a few days ago was welcoming, supportive, and sincere. The check in process was quick and easy - made even easier by filling out the forms online (have them email them to you when calling for an appointment - the staff voiced their appreciation and hope that more clients would do the same to make the check-in process smoother), we were seated in a cat designated area for about 15 minutes. Once called in, we were greeted by Claudia Lau, DVM, and assistant Tabitha. Both Dr. Lau and Tabitha were incredibly kind to me and Sweetie Pie - kindly checking her while answering any questions I had. Dr. Lau made suggestions about our plan of care for Sweetie Pie - including what vaccines she should receive and how we should plan for post-spay care. Once the exam was complete, Dr. Lau stepped out of the room and Tabitha took over - she was kind, informative, and patient. Being a new cat parent, I had many questions - and Tabitha was quick to respond with general advice, tips, and suggestions. We went over the costs, and she was careful to explain each charge line by line - often while petting Sweetie Pie. Once it was time for Sweetie Pie to have a blood test - Tabitha carefully placed Sweetie Pie back into her carrier and took her to get her blood drawn. At the end of our appointment Tabitha engaged with me about Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus - she was intelligible, compassionate, and informative throughout our discussion. Overall, Rialto Animal Hospital provided an unexpected level of care, compassion, and love for our Sweetie Pie.
