Not like a pool sauna. It's like a standing body toner. It's like a tanning machine but you stand inside and it starts getting hot but it has those bright lights inside also.

Its stalls with curtains, no doors. There is no seperation from the lockers, bathroom and the showers though as its all in one big room

Part of the afternoon it gets packed, but thers always something available to get a good workout.
