I have resided at Linden Court Apartments since October of 2021. I am very happy with my unit. The service is excellent and I always receive a call back with any of my concerns. Michell at the main office and Gabriel maintenance worker are always friendly, professional and solve my issues in a timely manner. I would recommend Linden Court Apartments to anyone looking for a well maintained facility, helpful staff and friendly neighbors.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chris and Jeremy at Linden Court on a corporate lease. They made the leasing process quick and easy, and were always quick to respond to our questions and assist with our needs. Our guests were very happy with their stay. Definitely looking forward to working with them again.

If i can give it 0 stars i would. While living there there were a lot of maintenance issues: paint chipping off, nobs of stove breaking, small cosmetic issues that were reported to maintenance due to the cheap material they used. The worst was when our unit suffered a wiring shortage and fried practically all our electrical appliances (T.v's, game consoles, computer, refrigerator etc) we filed a report and that was the end of it. Finally we decide to move out in 2014, i sign the paper they provide you for 30 days notice with Jonathan in the office they say to come back and get the copy. It is never provided! We move out and I drop off the keys in their drop box because they were closed and they authorized it. Fast forward to a year later and i receive my credit report that they are CHARGING ME $4,000 for damages and past due rent. I contact Hector who works in the office since Jonathan no longer does(this place goes through agents like underwear), He tells me that they had to file an unlawful detainer and they didn't get into the unit until 2 MONTHS after i moved out. They are charge me for pet urine(Never had any pets), the paint that chipped in the bathroom sinks which i was told i would not be charged when i moved out due to it being at fault of their cheap paint and trash collection fee which we left that place spotless. Obviously with the place being two months empty my assumption is that there were a lot of squatters (Area is ghetto dont let the nice appearance on the outside fool you), now somehow that is my fault! It was my first time renting a home on my own so i never took any pictures when we left and never thought it would give me a headache. Worst of all the guy Hector tells me to pay a $50 fee along with past water bill and he will investigate (Never heard back from him after i paid that). I am looking into attorneys to take these guys to court because they are crooks

I have enjoyed living in Linden Court since April 2007. The grounds are nicely kept, my apartment is most spacious and modern, the neighbors are friendly and the Leasing Office staff is kind and professional. It has been a great place to raise my three kids (now 16, 13 and 10 years old).
