This is my second visit here. The wait time is just out of this world. I am here to see Dr. Rojas, and I was told he is running 60 minutes behind schedule; the question is if I was 60 minutes late, would he still see me? I feel like they think their jobs are more important than everyone else's.

Horrible. Arrived 15 min before my appointment, it is now almost an hour past my appointment time and still not Called back. Will def being looking for another practice

I’m so torn to rate them so poorly because I had 3 babies here. The doctors are fantastic, I loved Dr. Rojas, Dr. Colon, Dr. Choubey, Dr. Afzal, Dr. Levin … they’re great. But the office staff and, above all, nurse Karen Mackinnon are just awful. In one of my visits I asked Mackinnon what she recommended for potassium and she said “just Google it” (!). And then Google says “ask your doctor”. Today was really the last straw when I called to follow up on a comment she left in my MyChart and she gave me such an attitude about it - lady, this is your job and this is my health! Whoever manages this office, please do something because I’m looking for another OBGYN to avoid this lady.
