I. Wish they would answer the phone I've been waiting 20 minutes it goes to wait time is 2 minutes back to 3 minutes 😒what is going on.?????

They turned off my water for non payment, and cant get it turned on because they have been billing me every month for sewer and water that I dont use, how is that legal? They told me if I could not pay it in 10 days that my original deposit would be either returned or applied to what I owed and it would be out of my name, so why are they billing me every month, over a 100.00 each month for NO service? Who can I call to complain too? I'm not using any water or sewer? Because it is shut off?

Thank you for shutting my water off even though my bill was paid. Luckily someone was home to remind the moron outside that he was making a mistake. I would Of arrived home with no water and you morons would have clocked out by then. Thank you again, excellent service.
