They have the worse Workers and customer service I have ever experience on any level. These people are literally impossible to contact via phone or email. Its absolutely Ridiculous how this place is ran and please don't blame Covid. They have jobs they should be doing them

I continue to move further DOWN their lists, rather than up, even though I've done what I've been told to do. Could it be a matter of NEPOTISM??? Makes you wonder.

I have been calling for two days and not one person has answered the phone. Not sure why that is, not one person and at least 7-8 phone calls and messages.

The 12 point system is points that qualify you for the program. If you live in Delaware County that’s points...if you work in Delaware County that is also points....i cant Remember the rest but those are some of them. They do not always accept applications you have to wait for the list to be open. Last i heard They are short on funding and weren’t approving anyone to move but i am Not sure how that goes when it comes to applying.
Did u ever find out my status says issued/offer dont weather to happy or not
They always are taking applications don't wait .New place going up in woodlyn.
That may mean you don't qualify because you make too much but I'm not 100 percent.
You should be receiving a letter in the mail soon
Don't call anybody mind your own business and live your own life that's what wrong with people they're always in other people's business
Just needed to call them and leave messages is only way and they might get back to you in a day or two as they don't always work in office still to covid
It could take up to from 1-10 years depending on your circumstances Dissability ect..

You'll likely have to wait for another month or two.keep in mind you need to report most or all of your income if you qualify and if they accept you. Not doing so can't get you kicked off the program or even facing criminal charges.
Thst usually means you were approved and will be called in to get started. They will want paystubs and/or your tax returns.
The next step is just to wait for a letter in the mail or a phone call so make sure you keep your contact info current. For what it's worth, I've been on the waitlist since 2010. I was called in 2016 and again in 2018 but have yet to get a place so don't hold your breath. (I'm on for a 1 bdroom)
My name has been on the list since 2010 for a 1 bedroom. My name didn't come up till 2016 and I have yet to get keys in my hands. They told me "they don't have estimated wait times because they don't know when units become available" also, even after your name comes up, your name goes into a pool and whomever gets picked, gets the unit no matter how long you've been in the pool.
