Receptionists aren't friendly, don't acknowledge u (ask for name & birthday) no- how are u or hello. Waiting rooms always empty. Waiting 1hr or more to see DR. Then when calling either to check up on labs, make appts or speak with a nurse ( Waiting time is always 30 minutes to over an hr) then u leave a message for someone to call u back, staff NEVER DOES. U HAVE TO GO IN PERSON TO GET RESULTS or ANSWERS .
