Not safe someone just got shoot and naw of the cameras work people running around all night a lot of violence someone shot my window out and they made me pay for it and I didn't have anything to do with it

Basically, if your not black you most likely won't get an apartment here. Management lady is not so lady-like, very rude actually and talks down to you.

It takes time..The problem is people change their numbers all the time. So when they call you so many time and u can't not be reached than they move to the next applicant .. But u can still re-apply
There is a waiting list, however call to make an appointment to obtain an application
Citrus Grove Is an affordable housing complex that is separate from the section 8 program. Although citrus Grove does in fact accept section 8, that is NOT where you apply. To apply for section 8, you must contact the housing authority. I'm not sure if they're accepting applications at this time, however that is who you contact to apply for section 8.
I don't work there but live there and yea they do take Sec 8
