This court has an atrocious reputation for practicing gender bias and discrimination. My ex-wife was allowed to file vindictive and frivolous abuse allegations over and over. The attorney appointed by the court to represent my daughter along with the gal investigator and Department of Children and Families all wrote similar reports - that mother was making up faked abuse allegations to control the direction of the preceding. When these reports were presented to the the dishonorable judge Riley told me I should just be grateful that I wasn't found to actually be abusing my daughter. He took no measures against mother for using the court to be vindictive. He took my ex-wife's testimony at face value and when these reports came out that directly contradicted anything she said along with stating that she was completely not credible and being abusive to our daughter he put a gatekeeper order on the case preventing me from ever filing a motion. That Court literally allowed my ex-wife for years to file fake report after fake report all which were debunked after investigation and then block me from filing any motion. They ordered me to pay $160 a week along with the cover 100% of the transportation which is 700 miles round trip. I went there last week to file a motion to get my ex-wife to start doing 50% of the driving and the court denied my motion. They didn't even read it. Essentially they have ordered me to miss a week of work every month, incur $1,000 a month in gas, and mother doesn't have to do anything. That Court allowed her to get away with murder and blocked me from ever being able to defend myself or file a motion. my daughter / 1does not wish to reside with her mother any longer. Again this court is 100% gender bias and discriminatory. Could really use some help I'm thinking about going to Boston and filing complaints not sure how that will help either way I'm losing my business my livelihood and can no longer afford to pick up my daughter and the court refuses to allow any fairness whatsoever in the case.

I lost custody of my son after ten years of him residing with me due to residing in a family shelter in Massachusetts. And his father no longer wanting to pay child support for said child. Now my child resides in Rhode Island with his father and wife. I don’t feel that I was given an equal opportunity to express my self nor my situation in this court matter which is the reason for the low rating. Please feel free to reach out I would love to hear about how I can be better prepared in this custody battle.

Ask the clerks they'll tell you, or the lawyer of the day will fill it out if its possible...
