Terrible customer service and they NEVER answer the phones.

I hate coming to this location because do you know what it means? ONE person will be working helping customers and the “manager” looking people will just stand in the back ground while lurking over their shoulders, meanwhile there’s always HUGE massive lines here. Standing here right now and took this picture- they lady you see is the only one helping- THREE employees just walked in the back together after lurking a few minutes out front

This bank is really terrible. Only one person is working. You have to wait at least 30 minutes to process your needs. Use another bank to avoid wasting time.

Yea well he was horrible to me and from the looks of the reviews, he's rude to everyone. And judging from your name, Abdul Samad, it seems he doesn't like anyone with a my kind of name.
Not sure but if his name was Asghar he did the same thing to me and I'm a Black woman. He literally refused to help me after I waited in line for 30 min. I left a message for his Supervisor but don't expect anything to happen cause from looking at the reviews, he does that to everyone.
I think you can get one on the mobile app, possibly. It's been over a year since I last banked with them, though, so my information might be out dated.
