I called and they came the next day. George was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. He ordered the part it needed and got me up and running quickly. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing repair.

I do not recommend this company. A tech came to my house twice to fix my washer. The first time he diagnosed the washer and came back 1 week later with a faulty part and was not able to fix my washer. He re-ordered the faulty part and couldn’t get back to my house for over a week. Once he showed up, he realized that was never the problem in the first place and he needed to order a different part and told me it would be another week before he could come back out. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT! I asked for my 250.00 deposit that I paid for the original part that was needed, that was never used and was ordered incorrectly and he said the office would handle my refund. I went out that night and bought a new washer at Best Buy and had it hooked up and was washing clothes in my new washer later that night. Needless to say i was told on August 16th that I would have my deposit back into my debit card and it’s August 29th and A-Appliance INC STILL has not refunded me my money. I have called every other day and the same girl answers the phone and tells me that accounting is handling my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Terrible service and they steal from customers.
