My mother started going to Encore about a year ago. It has been such a blessing to me and my family. Her days there were filled with fun and engaging activities and she LOVED the people there. Everyone was so kind! It also allowed me to work from home during this time knowing she was well cared for. She always left with a smile and she was always eager to return. She has recently moved on to a live-in memory care facility, but we will always fondly remember Encore and the care she received there. We will miss it!

This is the most wonderful place in the world for my husband who has dementia. The care of love of everyone is beyond words. I can teach everyday knowing that my husband is being well taken care of. I would recommend Encore to anyone.

Encore has been a lifesaver for our family and mother-in-law. While in the beginning, she fought us about going, within 2 weeks she was looking forward to going each day. She even gets ready to go on weekends now! Her quality of life has improved 10 fold and she is a lot happier and has the best time at Encore each day. The Encore staff are truly some of the most amazing, patient and compassionate people! It's great to have a place for your loved one to go where you know they are being well cared for, fed and entertained. I'm so thankful we have Encore.

You can pay daily rate or monthly for cost savings. Great place. Good care. 7:30 am to 6pm. Very flexible with hours and how many days each month. A blessing for our family.
Yes. In fact, we have our own VA contract. This means that the VA pays us directly when an eligible veteran attends. It is separate from other VA benefits such as "Aid and Attendance", which means Veterans can use their Aid and Attendance money for other care that the veteran needs and they can also come to Encore and the VA will pay. It is much easier to get approved for our center than for other VA programs, also.
The VA only pays for care for the veteran, not the spouse.
