I have to say. I rarely review anything but for Brooke, I have to. Brooke is kind, funny, and attentive. She goes above and beyond to cater to your needs. She genuinely cares about her customers and wants her customers to find their dream place. My boyfriend and I were in a rush to find a rental house and after talking to her for the first time, I knew immediately that she’s the one realtor that I could trust. Since we lived out of state, she helped to come to every property and check it out. She kept it straight and honest. She wanted to make sure that we liked the property. If you will need a loan to buy a house, a lender will be the first call. Don't have one? I can send you recommendations of lenders with top notch communication. Or talk to your friends/relatives and ask for recommendations. Your lender will discuss your current financial status and send you a pre-approval letter which is required with our offers. If you are a cash buyer, Proof of Funds will be required when we turn in our offers. Sometimes proof of funds/pre-approval letter is necessary for showings(it depends on your price range).

This service is what your licensed professionals use to find you the best properties that match your wants and needs. It's updated every 15 minutes as opposed to 4-12 hours like the highly popular websites you see advertised. As a buyer, it pays to be the first in line!
Yes! And I highly recommend it. You need to feel completely comfortable talking and communicating with the agent. Buying or selling a house is stressful, especially if you are going through a major life change. You need an agent who is patient with you and your circumstance. Also consider their neighborhood expertise, are they hyperlocal? Is their marketing focusing on your home (if you are selling) or the agent? Look at their listing materials, website, brochures, and signage.
I am a believer in choosing the agent who works for you and with you. Don't choose based solely on experience, it is good to have but not everything. You will spend a lot of time together. Make sure you mesh well together. Choose someone who is good at talking and negotiating.
