Not sure but if his name was Asghar he did the same thing to me and I'm a Black woman. He literally refused to help me after I waited in line for 30 min. I left a message for his Supervisor but don't expect anything to happen cause from looking at the reviews, he does that to everyone.
Omg, the guy who refused to help me was named Asghar. I told him I wasn't leaving until I got the help I'd waited for and he called the Plano PD on me!! Starting to think this guy's got a real problem with minority groups once he saw my last name was Barajas and he realized i was Mexican he started to develop this condescending attitude.
