The photos online look nothing like this run down motel. There was a bad musty smell in the room. This room was filthy! Not sure the last time it had been vacuumed because my allergies had a field day as soon as we walked in. We booked a mobility accessible room with a roll in shower over a month in advance. Upon arrival to the room, we found the bathroom to have a regular shower that you had to step over to get into, which was a major safety risk for my disabled mother. They brought in a flimsy shower chair, and never informed us they had brought it in, but my mother still could not use it because she could not step over into the shower. The front desk staff was very rude and did not even make an attempt to move us to an accessible room. Highly disappointed and disgusted with this hotel!

We reserved a king suite. The room was big. It had a sofa sleeper, small fridge, microwave, table, and a comfortable king sized bed. The hotel was nice. It was a good location out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Worth. There were a lot of restaurants across the street easily accessible and walkable. The laundry facilities were good. The breakfast wasn't bad especially when they had biscuits. It is pet friendly too.

Overall good experience, only there for two nights. Room was clean and decently maintained. Had issue with the fact that I presented a state tax exempt certificate at checkin but according to my receipt I was charged state tax. So either the front desk attendant didn't know exactly how to apply the tax exempt discount or the management chose to ignore my state tax exempt status all together, not sure which or why. Other than than I guess the stay was positive.

Everything about this hotel screams “Eh.” Bed was not really comfortable, the carpet needed a good cleaning and the breakfast was just OK. It was convenient to the highway and not particularly loud (hearing traffic from the highway). The staff were fine but everything else could have been better.
