Had rooms booked a month in advance for a convention in town. Try to check in just now to find out all of our rooms have been cancelled. No notice, apology, or reasoning for the cancellation. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Ehh it’s okay. We normally stay at La Quinta because we have a dog and dogs usually stay free. We checked in and there was a $20 fee for our dog that we were told about afterward I was in the process of paying. Okay, cool it happens. We get to our first room and it straight up smells like cigarette smoke and we are steaming in this room because the blinds are broken and the ac doesn’t smell to be working. We ask for a different room. Get to our new room and it looks nice but it is so hot again. But we were able to get a fan. The front staff was nice.

Serves was good, nice. Went out 3 times and every time there were another customer(s) smoking right by the door, holding it open smoking or just sitting in the the back of the car with the trunk open smoking. I guess maybe i should have left through the front all 3 times. There was an odor in the air, couldn't put my finger on it but if I was expecting wouldn't have been able to stand it.

Kim was very professional and made sure we had a pleasant experience. She explained everything thoroughly and told us about all the accommodations they had to offer such as breakfast, gym and indoor pool!!! Last minute option and she put me at ease choosing the location!!!!
