The front desk staff were very friendly and bubbly. The shuttle bus driver very helpful. The room was large and clean. The only negative was the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. They looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there and the service was poor. It took 20 minutes to get my breakfast and even then they tried to give it to someone else (and it had ham instead of bacon). A shame, considering everything else was very satisfactory

Front desk was cordial, not friendly displayed more attention towards other patrons. The housekeeping lady from El Salvador was so friendly and sweet. She worked the 1st floor. She was the friendliest person in the hotel. Our room had ants in it and we informed the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy and he said he would bring something if he could find something and never came back and took care of the issue. The walls had chips of paint missing and small holes in the wall. Ants were on the bed, the decor in the lobby was a nice facade, however wasn't my favorite Marriott. It has been better elsewhere. 😌 every customer deserves the same quality of service distributed to others. Picture of the small ants..

We were there for business convention. Dinner: steak nearly raw and tough. Salmon so overcooked and dry that it was inedible. Breakfast: waited 30+ minutes, then given a plate of cold food that someone had gotten tired of waiting for and left. It was free of charge. The room is ok, but the tub/shower is very slick and scary. The room had 2 double beds rather than a queen or king.

Conveniently located off 360 N and the hotel was clean and everything worked great! However, my son and I ate the buffet, FOR FREE, Saturday. Sunday, we were charged......$26 PER PERSON for the exact same buffet. You should never put up a continental breakfast buffet if you're going to allow someone to eat free one day and not the next. My son, nor myself, ate enough for the $52 dollar bill we were charged. Ridiculous!
