Was so looking forward to sitting in the jacuzzi...and it's closed. The free breakfast is amazing and the staff are all great, the rooms are clean and the location is great for all things Stockyard! The best part of this stay was the shuttle driver! Great job, Rashad! We look forward to seeing you in a few months!

Was booked in Fort Worth on Mercado Dr for several days ahead. I called the facility immediately after I booked to confirm that the shower was walk-in/roll in. I was assured that it was. Arrived at the facility yesterday at 430 pm and was told room was not ready. Then I was called by Sandy at 530 and told we no longer have a room for you! This was after they already charged my card almost 400.00 bucks. Not even an apology just “the people in that room decided to stay longer”. Totally unacceptable. We will spend our money at Hilton from now on. The bathroom next to the lobby was also disgusting.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was like a small aparment. There was a room with a chair, sofa, desk, TV and a counter with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and sink. The other room had a bed, night stands and TV. It was great because I alway get up earlier than my husband and I could go in the other room to workout and write in my journal or read without disturbing him. we also like to workout in the hotel room and there was plenty of room. The staff was also very nice. The only complaint I have is the breakfast, it really wasn't good. The eggs and potatoes were very salty and the bacon wasn't even cooked all the way. we like crispy bacon and this was horrible. There was't a good selections of any thing healthy. there were a few oranges and apples, that was about it. I would have eaten eggs but they were horrible. There was some cereal but we aren't cereal eaters. Other than the breakfast everything was great.

Positive: There's a free shuttle to the Stockyards, so you don't have to pay $15 for parking. The pool is open early and late, so you can get all your other activities done during the day. Negative: The free shuttle to the Stockyards only runs on weekend nights. There are things to do there during the day.
