My family and I checked into this great hotel on July 2nd and had planned to stay till the 4th. The first day/night was awesome but the second afternoon (Sunday July 3rd) was when the nightmare began. Around 5:30 pm the guest staying next to our room was kicking his door, cussing at staff members, and yelling obscenities up and down the hallway. He apparently had lost his room key. I went downstairs to report this matter right away and was told David V (staff member) would go talk to them because he knew the guests in that room personally. When David V. returned from talking to him he didn’t pursue having security address the matter. I then asked if that individual was going to be allowed to stay even after verbally assaulting staff and kicking the door/wall. David V. said he hadn’t done anything wrong so he would be allowed to stay. I asked him if he asked his staff what they witnessed which he did not. Basically he said there was not a report. I repeated the question of if he had asked staff about the matter in which he again repeated “ there were no reports” which verified he didn’t check with the ladies working around 411 that afternoon. I feel just as bad for the staff that were subjected to that behavior which was allowed. When I explained to David V. that my family didn’t feel safe and wanted to move to a different room he said he couldn’t accommodate. I then requested a refund for the one night which he said he couldn’t do that either. At that point he informed me that he had other guests to attend to and that if I didn’t move to the side he would call security on me. This is completely unacceptable and the most unprofessional behavior by a motel/hotel staff member that I’ve ever been witness to in over 30 years. We will never stay at another Hyatt again !

Fantastic stay!!! From the hotel staff to the room to the pool, everything was wonderful! The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was nice, very family friendly. Great location. But one thing that stands out above the rest is hotel staff. Lately all the establishments seem understaffed or staffed with grumpy people. Not this hotel, people who work here are wonderful!! Very friendly, nice to the kids, very polite. We had a really really nice time staying here because everyone was so nice!! Highly recommend!!

Positive: Location was excellent Negative: This hotel lacked hospitality. Free breakfast was offered in a limited window of time. They did not even have complimentary coffee for guests outside the breakfast time window. - So, we came down to the lobby at 9am and could not get coffee.

Lena was a welcoming and accommodating host of the front desk. She went out of her way to make sure we had a perfect stay in the Hyatt. The hotel is exquisite! Every detail is gorgeous. I will stay there next time I visit Fort Worth.
