Prepping for yard projects doesn’t come as naturally to some people as it does to others, but working with folks like Mark (having 30+ years experiencing landscaping) from the Warrenton, OR store helps you feel confident as you walk away from the check stand. He knew what we were asking for, what we needed, where to find it, helped us load the trolley, and then loaded everything into our car! What a nice guy.

We got a bum tree twice. Not Home depots fault. Unfortunately the lights and remote were faulty. After the second tree and calling the manufacturer I called here and Mark in the lawn department was super helpful and opened up another box and put it together to make sure it worked right for me before I drove all the way back in. He followed up with me twice also. I really appreciated him doing it as he could have just given me my money back and done a return but he made sure we got the tree we wanted ( i know, I know...even though it sucked the first 2 times it was so pretty).
