Buy a trap known as golpher hawk, its pet safe and extremely effective. I have one and it has taken 7 moles to date this year.
Save your hair clipings and put in jar with about 8oz of your urine and pore it down a hole you make in the top of one of the moles mounds. No more mole. But your neighbor will have one!
Poke a hole in the mounds, pour 1/4 bleach into each hole and cover. They won't return.
I can't vouch for the one method, but, yes traps. You can usually borrow them from your local county extension office. Also, those wind spinners, the ones that stick in the ground will send them away. They cause vibration in the ground and it's too irritating for their sensitive senses.
