So thankful for the help from your wonderful staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. My husband and me were approximately 90 miles from home on our way camping with our travel trailer. Our tubo diesel truck started losing power. We were offered a place to drop our trailer and headed for Astoria. We were greeted by Service Advisor Justin. He totally went beyond and above trying to help us and we are so grateful for his help knowing we were stranded. Sadly we couldn't do the repairs at this time. We did make it home with our trailer by driving slow and stopping a few times. If I lived in or around that area they would be my exclusive dealer. Ford should be proud having this great dealership on their team of dealers. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars!

Great experience with the sales manager Chris. He kept me well informed on the status of my factory order and was very pleasant to work with. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the finance side of the experience. Can’t believe they still use the same cheesy tactics to sell you an extended warranty. Also, I don’t care for surprises and they added a $595 theft protection charge without any option to decline it.

It's difficult now to get a new car, they didn't candy coat anything. Told me it would be about 6 months to have my vehicle custom made, with all the supply chain issues and the chip shortages I was pleased, there were no surprises it was about 6 months to the day. I'm very happy with my new vehicle. Astoria Ford made it easy. Chris was great!

Courteous employees! I needed service on pretty short notice which they were able to make happen. The service writer actually listened and noted my observations and specifics for the technician. They even offered to wash my truck. My service was done on time, maybe even a little early. The price was very reasonable and the service fixed the issue. Definitely recommend them

I agree with Sean. If you can not get the locksmith I recommend the Ford dealership.
I bought a Jeep last year there from you guys use one and it still leaks after a year on it getting it fixed several times and it's still not fixed so what can I do about it
