The Harrisonburg Planet Fitness is a nice gym, affordable and very clean. The crowds are light to moderate so its easy to access equipment

I am traveling down the east coast. Went to a Planet Fitness in Hudson Valley NY. $20 for a day pass. Came to PF in Harrisonburg VA at 7 am and they don’t have day passes. Called them yesterday to ensure they did and was in hold for 15 minutes. One more reason I belong to Anytime Fitness. 3000 locations and everyone is identical.

I asked to cancel my membership over one year ago they still taking money out even today I spoke different general manager each one promise me there will be not take money out my account but was fake promise

There's room, especially during the night. You will probably have trouble finding a place to park during the day though.
My husband is an OTR truck driver and he says that you could park behind Kroger in the staging area and walk to Planet Fitness. We've also seen rigs and trailers parked in the main parking lot with their curtains drawn sleeping.
There is no parking for trucks at the location. But there are plenty of truck stops not too far from it.
They run different specials. It's usually around $21 a month and sometimes they run special price $10 per month
Planet fitness has a very complete set of dumbbells. A set that you would expect to find at every professional gyms. You saw barbell stands and other equipment in pictures online. You can stack the 75# weights.

You can suspend your membership up to 3 months, but you have to go in to do it
There is a joining fee, a monthly fee, and a yearly fee. Often the joining fee is greatly reduced during a promotional period. The monthly fee is $10 for gym and locker rooms only, or $20 for the Black card membership, which includes massage chairs and beds, tanning beds, total body enhancer, and half off cooler drinks. The yearly fee is $39 (that's what I pay, at least) and yes, you do have to pay the yearly fee for partial years. It may be easier for you to go to the Westover Rec center and just pay the guest fee (I believe it's $3/day) every time you go.
