I have a Service dog. In the past I have used this vet for my cat. Two days ago she started acting weird-weak, listless, doesn’t want to go with me. Because I have only brought my cat there they want $50 up front and see me in November. This outfit oozes compassion. I told the phone hen at least three times this was a certified service dog-she kept referring to her as “my Pet”. My “pet “cost $13,000. The lack of compassion at this “vet” is shameful. Won’t take an emergency , can’t handle it I would bet.

Today, we had to take our beloved 16 year old dog in to be euthanized. It was time, which doesn’t make it any easier (don’t let anybody tell you that). But, what did make it easier was the compassion, calm and straight forward manner of the vets and techs at Bayshore Animal Hospital. Everything was perfect. And even in my grief, even hours from his passing, I wanted to send my love and appreciation to this team for all they did to help ease this difficult moment. Thank you so much, from our whole family.
