First of all, as a local retired teacher, it’s awesome to see former students who are happy with their jobs at Lum’s!! Second, great to have my car serviced with the mechanics checking so many issues that keep my car safer and running smoothly! Third, you’re so speedy!! And lastly, and the best… I love having a clean car when you’re finished!!! See ya next time!!!👍🏾♥️

The staff works as a team. Fair pricing for oil changes. The express service writers Ryker & Nick are very knowledgeable and are great with communicating to the customers. Service manager Nathan always goes above & beyond to make sure customers get taken care of and doesn't hesitate to jump in and get his hands dirty. Lum's has a great team.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new Toyota Highlander from Erik Hansen. Erik went above and beyond to find us the car that we wanted. He took the time to make sure we understood how to use all features and functions of the car and made the whole buying process enjoyable. We also want to thank Jon Fick for helping make all this happen smoothly. Tracy Burchfield for helping us get the extended warranty that best suited our needs, and Nick Eastman for helping us set up our first complementary oil change appointment.

Had an amazing buying experience at Lum's. Other dealerships are acting like they are doing you a favor charging over MSRP to find you a 4Runner, but Jody Ulrey was clear, responsive, respectful and a pleasure to work with. We had bought two other 4Runners from a dealership that is now making money with unwanted dealer add-on's and prices over MSRP. They wouldn't even take a deposit on a future delivery. We will be getting all our future Toyota's from Lum's.

Tire pressure would be a possibility. Maybe they adjusted your tire pressure. As far as squirts, just let a manager know they didn't top of your windshield washer fluid.
Yes, but if you can, it is cheaper at O'Reilly's.
After a thorough inspection by a trained professional we will determine the value of your car based on current conditions, market demand, and Kelley Blue Book. You can also get an estimate using our "Sell Us Your Car" tool on our website http://www.lumsautocenter.com/sell-your-vehicle/
Best bet for bodywork here is full panel replacement, spendy! Unless you are dealing with a sunroof issue your better bet would be to contact a local bodyshop. Classic Bodywerks.
Probably would be better to call and ask.
The fastest way is to schedule an appointment online. The best way is, unfortunatley, to listen to the dreadful hold music.
