Pardon the fake profile. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. 4 years I've worked for VTO and never had problems up until a few months ago. I had to take out a loan to cover the overdraft fees when my check didn't get deposited which I'm still paying on. Most of my bills are behind, I won't have rent for January if they don't pay. Not once did they mention they were "bought out," just that Cigna didn't pay them so now I don't know which story to believe. Update 6/18/2019.. The company who was gonna "Buy out" VTO backed out of the deal. They found out VTO owed MILLIONS of dollars to their clients and would of had to pay every body and didn't want to do that. I've switched over to that company. They pay more and they pay over time and have many Good benefits for their employees. And Cigna DID pay VTO!!!!

If I could give a negative star, I would give it a negative 5 stars. This company hadn’t paid me since mid-October, finally changed companies. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They stole our money and didn’t give a damn about their clients. If this company is still open and people are still working there, I highly recommend that they switch quickly before the same thing happens to them.

I haven’t been paid in over 2 months. Found out Superior paid her for my wages and when I tried contacting Vicki she blocked my number. It’s sad she is stealing people’s money. I guess she needs it for her big, fancy new house in Garland. There are also other businesses listed under her name. I just wish I had seen all the reviews 6 months ago. This woman lives in a huge new brick home in a rich area. I know where she lives and have pics of her place. Anyone wanting to see this can contact me on FB. Yes Vicki, I have your address. Update: check your 1099 against your bank records. I just noticed VTO add on a check I never recieved. I'm going to try and get a hold of Vickie to get her to correct it. Vickie actually answered the phone back in Jan for my client but hung up after realizing it was a client. They owe me 3 checks. I went to a different agency without a problem. My client didn't change insurance companies either. I FINALLY spoke to someone (not Vickie) today (12/3/18) and she told me that they were bought out last week and waiting for the new CEO to approve checks so we should get paid sometime this week. But I see different responses from other ppl on here. Idk what to believe. The lack of communication is horrible i'm about to have my client to see if her insurance company can give her the number to a different agency so I can change over. If they would just answer their phones I wouldn't be so frustrated. I mean dang at least send out a letter saying there will be a delay. They learned nothing from when this happened a few months ago. I'm glad this isn't my main job.

(Missing Paydate: 9/28/18) I just spoke with Ms.Vicki, I informed her that there is an entire forum dedicated to their late pay discrepancies & that everyone concerned has been given the complete run around, when all they have to do is simply inform us. As bills are due the beginning of the month, & we deserve a actual notice so that we’re at least able to properly inform our billing companies of the funding issues VTO is experiencing. Ms.Vicki also stated that the current issue is due to Cigna’s lack of funding & assured me that I would receive my direct deposit BEFORE this Friday (10/05/18) So I’ll hang tight until Friday however if no funds are received then I will be filing a wage claim against them. Also she ended the call by saying “Why don’t you people believe me?”(w/ a strong African accent) which was rather unprofessional to me. The number I called is (214) 405-8523 which is a cell. She didn’t answer but did returned my phone call within 5 mins. Hope this helps! 🙄🤦🏾♀️

No thus far there has been no payment. I have been calling since 9:30A this day and no answer. I called Cigna also and they were no help. If anyone has any updates please post. Thanks in advance.
I just talked to the person from VTO they said r pay should be in next Friday. Nd to keep clocking in ND out. Not to change company's yet.
Cigna called me and switched me to another company. (I'm the patient. My bf is my caregiver.) So who ever is the patient needs to call cigna, if they haven't called them already, to switch companies. And that new company will call in 24hrs to set it all up and you'll have a job again. VTO basically is no more. As for that check they owe. The lady that spoke to me told me that it should come in 2 weeks but she said she couldn't guarantee it. Because VTO has to release the funds. So hopefully they will. Best wishes to you.

Prophet Ray do you know if there's someone that we can all talk to to find out what's going on with VTO and our last checks it's ridiculous it makes no sense dissing everybody back and forth but nobody's giving us an answer

Vto inc its not going to pay us we have to change to another agency she still own me my last check of nov 23 am very upset am dissapointed of vto inc
VTO is going to be replaced you need to call MHMR in Monday or call your service coordinator and make a appointment with the new people

Cigna paid vto,they have proof they sent them the money to pay us. The lady at vto said if you work for cigna you wont be getting paid
No i still dont received my check she said Miss Vickie that cigna didnt pay to her again thats why she is not going to pay us i dont know what to do i being sending texts to her number am she dont answer i call to the office nobody answer again its not legally what she is doing she suppose to pay beacuse we work for the money she have to find a way to pay us we have to go to a place legal of employment issue but i dont have the information if somebody find out please send the information to us over here please am we like to know it she pay to any one over here am why she hire another employment In her office am why she said she dont have no money to pay us am so disspointed am sad beacuse i have a daughter to support am my mom elder sick plus the bills am Doctor bills am medicines
