(Missing Paydate: 9/28/18) I just spoke with Ms.Vicki, I informed her that there is an entire forum dedicated to their late pay discrepancies & that everyone concerned has been given the complete run around, when all they have to do is simply inform us. As bills are due the beginning of the month, & we deserve a actual notice so that we’re at least able to properly inform our billing companies of the funding issues VTO is experiencing. Ms.Vicki also stated that the current issue is due to Cigna’s lack of funding & assured me that I would receive my direct deposit BEFORE this Friday (10/05/18) So I’ll hang tight until Friday however if no funds are received then I will be filing a wage claim against them. Also she ended the call by saying “Why don’t you people believe me?”(w/ a strong African accent) which was rather unprofessional to me. The number I called is (214) 405-8523 which is a cell. She didn’t answer but did returned my phone call within 5 mins. Hope this helps! 🙄🤦🏾♀️

Interesting I didn't receive my check either and they are not answering any of my calls but the insurance company claims there's a problem on my end saying vto contacted them...hmmm
My car payment and inc.is dew. I'm a nervous wreck over this stuff. I always received mine early too I have direct deposit and it wasn't there and it's still not there.sorry about your birthday maybe you will receive a blessing somehow and happy birthday......i really hope they dident burn off😞

I'm the client and my care giver didn't receive their check either. He's always gotten paid on fridays on time but this past friday nothing and no ones picking up the phone. This company is weird! I have been thinking of switching companies for a while. When I first started they paid my cg for a whole yr before they realized they weren't even approved for services!!! Then made me terminate him with no pay for 2 weeks while they got approved. Not to mention didn't pay him for the previous two weeks. It was a mess! And why couldn't they give notice of what's happening? Why leave everyone in the dark! All I can say is they better be paying my worker and not stiffing him. As soon as this mess clears, I'm out. I'm leaving VTO. VTO is an incompetent company!

VTO is lying. CIGNA no longer want there srevices. Call to get switched to another company. They are letting you work and have no attentions on po aying you so they ln ie about everything. I called them about paychecks on Wednesday and she told me oh we were going to call people one by one to tell them they want get paid. If I had not called I would not have known. Get with your insurance company and find a new com po any to work for. They are scamming if you ask me.
Thus far as of yesterday, 23 November 2018, my aide didn't not receive any funds. I spoke with Vickie and she says Cigna didn't pay. I called Cigna but they were closed. I asked Vickie why didn't she or Jasmine tell me and others that they would not receive a paycheck she had no answer. She say the bank won't let her get another loan and she had to get a lawyer. She say you should switch to Amerigroup because they pay. She then say we'll see if Cigna pay this week. I'll be calling Cigna first thing Monday. This is not fair because I need my services but I don't want anyone working for free. If anyone else here's anything please post on here so others can be up-to-date. Thank you.
I didn’t receive mine either. Do you think they might put a sign up on the door or is there any corporate number for them? And if they were shutting down why didn’t they give out a notice.
I got a check yesterday (wed) so i'm hoping they will do another one tomorrow and be back on track.

I just got a hold of the persons from VTO we will be getting r pay check next Friday. Nd we should still be clocking in ND out not to change company's.
Cigna told me they closed their doors. I don't know if we're going to get paid. I'm thinking class action suit..😠

Cigna paid vto they have proof they paid. Vto says if you work for cigna you will not be paid.
