Just got through. The lady said cigna didn't pay,but they are working on it

Been getting the run around saving Cigna hasn’t paid then was told they paid on them 28th. Cigna said there is a glitz in the system! May have to file with the labor board. The lady said it will be 2 weeks! Doesn’t help my situation now.

Cigna is the persons insurance your takin care of... but Cigna stayed they paid them... so they just literally got our money n not giving it up

This is crazy. So they are just going to ignore us. Why not call and just say thete us a problem.
