Cigna paid vto,they have proof they sent them the money to pay us. The lady at vto said if you work for cigna you wont be getting paid

Thus far as of yesterday, 23 November 2018, my aide didn't not receive any funds. I spoke with Vickie and she says Cigna didn't pay. I called Cigna but they were closed. I asked Vickie why didn't she or Jasmine tell me and others that they would not receive a paycheck she had no answer. She say the bank won't let her get another loan and she had to get a lawyer. She say you should switch to Amerigroup because they pay. She then say we'll see if Cigna pay this week. I'll be calling Cigna first thing Monday. This is not fair because I need my services but I don't want anyone working for free. If anyone else here's anything please post on here so others can be up-to-date. Thank you.
She dont want to pay i text her alot she dont answer me no more am nobody answer in the office am she put some excused that cigna dont pay her am so sad i have a daughter to take care am my mom am the bills dont wait am she keep on doing the same thing thats not professional if we work we supposed to received the money thats not legally what she is doing we have to do something about this issue of not paying its not the first time
