Why cannot give them a MINUS x 100000 stars? They are just XXXX for everything. My package is delayed 5 times and whenever I called them, they said the same thing: "it will be delivered by today". What, are you a robot? I think robots can do better than you. Customer service? I would like to say "if you don't want to work there and service people with kind word and mood, don't do it." I am madder at you because of your attitude. Worst of worst of worst of the worst experience ever.

They don't deserve any starts. Totally irresponsible people. They lost 35lb package inside facility and they don't have clue how did they lost it even if they have security cameras everywhere in warehouse. Local people at this location asks to contact customer service and customer service is asking to contact station, going back to circles, no one's taking responsibility to trace package. When I asked them to check security cameras, they stopped responding at all. After filing complaint, they closed it immediately without good response, when I called phone number provided in email they said it's wrong number/ext, another customer service agent says they don't have number of correct person who to contact further and they do not tell customer about what they did with the complaint. So basically they didn't do anything about complaint, proved that complaint is a joke which they don't take seriously. Followup is going on since about 20 days, they are just saying package seems lost but not giving answer what happened to the package. I have wasted many many hours for this since content can not be replaced with money. Never ever use DHL, go for responsible service if you have something important in package. Update : after DHL replied to this post with email to contact, I contacted. They made me wait couple days and did whatever investigation behind the scene. Finally, they simply told me that package is lost.

Same here. I sent a phone to HTC subsidiary in Fort Worth. They took almost THREE WEEKS to deliver the package. Postman insisted the address was incomplete, but it wasn't. I had to investigate and gather all kinds of information about the place for them to successfully deliver my phone.
