Went in on 10/21/2022 and will never visit this location again. When I walked in there were four employees behind the counter. One spoke and the other three literally just stood there and stared at me. It was so awkward…say hello or something. They stared the entire time I was in the store..no smiles..nothing, When I told the employee I was sending something I said I need to send this back but…. he interrupted me and said “ but what”? Who talks to customers like that. Whole experience was bad. I’ll go to a different ups store next time, even though this one is closer to me.

***International Shippers BEWARE*** Recently I shipped a gift (Laptop) to Peru. The initial cost was $494.03. Which include insurance. for $1100. That in itself was eye popping, but i figured it was the cost of Peruvian customs fees & taxes, plus UPS fees. Two weeks later the recipient informs me the govt of Peru is requesting $117 shipment fee plus taxes $269.00. Since none of this was disclosed to me at the time of shipping, i have contacted UPS Corp. to request they return the package. In the least sympathetic tone they told me if they $386 not paid the package would be declared abandoned and considered forfeit. UPS corp has informed me the owner Badger Business Group Inc was responsible for collecting the duties and fees. UPS software does prompt the employees to assess the total cost. The staff clearly bypassed this step. After returning to the store for a 3rd time while on the phone with UPS corp to instruct the staff to collect the remaining amount, they informed me they do not have the ability to do that. In fact 3 employees were completely clueless what duties & fees are. Not to mention the manager Jennifer Rice works 8am-3:45pm. This leaves me to conclude, if you ship anything international it must be within her schedule. Assuming she knows. At this point the total cost is at $880.02. I have 5 business days to resolve this horrendous nightmare. I will post this in Facebook community groups and file a class action lawsuit Badger Business Group. UPS corp informed me there have been numerous complaints for this business.

Jakyrie was the freaking best. We had a photo that was being shipped to an art exhibition and weren't sure how to package it. Jakyrie stepped up and showed us various ways we could package it and let us choose what we felt was most comfortable. Give this man a raise 🙌🏼
