no shuttle at 4am to get us to airport before flight at 6am! Very confusing for shuttle driver when we returned the next day... about 10am

NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR Returned from trip about 1115 PM which was earlier that the 1215 AM scheduled time. We called several times, phone went to voicemail. After an hour one of the drivers from Parking Spot came over and let us know this often happened with Swift Parking. Took a cab to the unlocked lot and were on our way.

Unattended small gravel parking lot in very bad condition with huge potholes! We could barely find a space to squeeze out little car in. The night we got back, we called the only one phone number provided to request the ride back to the parking lot and nobody answered the phone. We left a voicemail and then kept calling just to get the same thing. After waited for almost an hour and making several calls without any response, we decided to use Lyft to take us back to the parking lot. It cost us $10 for a 2 min drive. When we got to the parking lot it was completely dark and the shuttle vehicle was sitting there with nobody inside. Luckily our car was not blocked by it so we were able to move. But it was blocking a few other cars though. A couple other families were in the same situation. Hopefully their cars were not ones that were blocked by the time they found a ride back to the lot. So, read the reviews before making your parking reservation to avoid this nightmare we experienced the night of 2/24/2020. The legit look of the website may give you wrong impression of what they actually have to offer.

Nope don't park here, we got in at 11:30pm I Called 10 times for the shuttle and text 7 times, this boy said he never got the message or the call. We had to call a uber to get our truck.
