After reading some rough reviews I am incredibly impressed! Shuttle drivers and management went above and beyond for me and were all incredibly nice. After a 2 week trip I returned to my vehicle not starting. I had to call a mobile mechanic to come replace my starter but he wasn’t available for another 36 hours. The parking spot 2 staff were understanding and offered to help me with anything I needed! To address some of the concerns that have been seen in some of the previous reviews. Many people complained about how long it took the shuttles to pick them up from the airport. The shuttles go in loops and pick up people and drop them off constantly. If you miss the previous shuttle you have about a 20 minute wait until the next one comes around. Which after parking at many airports over the years, 20 minutes it’s average or fast when it comes to shuttles. Safety, I felt that the location was safe and secure. Shoutout to the staff for helping me out and giving me a great experience. I don’t remember the managers name who helped me but I am super thankful for him and his help!

Parking was definitely convenient and shuttle drivers were pleasant, but I purposely parked underneath a light so I could feel a sense of comfort upon my return. I was surprised to see several lights were out near space #64 and throughout the lot, I counted 10, could've been more. - 10/17/22
