Purchased a new 2022 Forest River impressions 315mb June 17th 2022. Had some issues when we arrived to do the walk through (ac not moving air, trim damaged in the kitchen slide, and trim missing from the master bedroom around the window) among just a few of the issues. I was told a piece of the vent supply air on the forward ac was partially blocked by a piece of tape, after going back in the unit it to verify this it did have a minor difference in air flow. I had mentioned possibly swapping campers all together for a different unit due to the multiple issues we had found. And I was told it would cost more due to price inflation by our salesman Zach, and that we had already purchased the cheapest camper on the lot! Frustrated with that response, and in hind sight should have just walked out, proceeded to come to a resolution and work with them on the many issues it had so we could leave with our new unit that day since we had already driven over 4 hours to pick it up. All issues mentioned above were "fixed" to their standards, except the missing and damaged trim. They (service technicians, Zach our salesman) agreed that they would drop ship us the missing and trim to our home so we could leave with our unit. And it could potentially take a month or two due to the factory and shipping times. After 64 days I contacted John's rv (service) to see the status of our trim. Spoke to a nice well spoken guy, very knowledgeable, "I don't remember his name" he advised me he had no work order or knowledge of the trim being ordered. He Advised me to call back on Monday and speak with Albert the parts manager to see if he had any knowledge or insight on the trim we were missing. Called back on Monday spoke to a woman in parts that advised me she would speak to Albert and get clarification or any information about it. One week passed no call back. Contacted the parts department again, noone answered, left a voicemail for Albert with my information and the situation. Waited another week, with no response. Called again spoke to our sales man Zack and advised him of the trim that was damaged and missing that was never shipped to us. Zach stated he would check into it and also relay the message to Albert. Finally 2 more weeks pass when I call again and leave another voicemail for Albert and Zach. No return call again. Finally 4 days pass after my last voicemail message and I receive a call from Albert, advised him of the entire situation and multiple attempts at contact him and others within the dealer to get a update or any information about our missing trim. I was then told by Albert he had no record of it being ordered but he would check into it. That was weeks ago and have yet to have a return phone call from Albert, Zach, or anyone from John's rv concerning the issue, even after multiple calls from myself in the meantime only to be left unanswered. Not typical of me to do a Google review but if it helps others be aware of sales belittling attitude and comments, parts lack of help and communication , and service's less than adequate repairs so be it, as of today's date nearly 4 months later. I would like to brag on The Parts Department of John's RV. I'm restoring what was my Grand Mother's camper. I called and left a voice mail and Albert got back to me very promptly. I told him what I was looking for, he said that there was some in the back, come on out and we will walk around and have a look. I drove out and he walked around in the heat with me until we where able to cobble up what I needed. He was very patient with me as this took some figuring to get what I needed. He gave me a great deal and was happy to help me out. First place I'll call next time I need something. Excellent customer service because he could have said no he didn't have anything like that and blew me off as a nuisance customer. Thanks again Albert, I'll be seeing you really soon.

John’s RV Sales and Service were wonderful to us! A great group of people especially the service department! From Daphne who answered the phone this morning in a kind, professional, enthusiastic to help manner all the way through the entire service department! We had an issue on the way to our destination and they fit us into their work day, gave us an estimate and time frame for finishing the job and met the goal first rate!
