Feels more like a poorly managed large event venue and has lost that hometown feel it used to have. Some staff are rude and more concerned with their egos than guest experience. Not enough restrooms or space to move during intermissions creating gridlocks of people trying to move and 30 minute lines for women's rooms

I went to see Elli King she was rocking. Sheryl Crow rocked out the water front also, awesome, I've seen ❤️ several times since the 70s, one of the (MY)greatest ROCK N ROLL BANDS EVER❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️they play to many covers, they have enough material, the don't need to.

I attended the Impact Music Festival and overall it was a great time. I felt like it was a bit unorganized day to day. For instance, they held up the gates to get into the venue until last minute each day, they had an under 21 section on the small stage side that you couldn't buy alcohol but were allowing alcohol purchases on the main stage side, and the chair rentals weren't readily available before the bands started. Also, the prices of food and beverages are a bit overpriced and the chair rentals are a joke. Not allowing people to leave and the prices of food and drinks resulted in a very expensive weekend for a family of three. I understand why they don't allow people to come and go...but 24/7 security at the gate could solve any potential issues. I will most likely continue going to events at the Waterfront and do recommend anyone to go check it out but they really should work out the kinks....then again these are my personal opinions.

This is the third event, third year that we have attended this venue. Two were two-day, all day festivals. Great staff! Alcohol is plentiful. Non-alcoholic and food options, not always sufficient to meet the needs of the number of tickets and alcohol they sell. Eat before you go, caffeine up and if you're diabetic or hypoglycemic... be prepared. Long lines. Most recent show, amazingly crowded! Great show. Lawn = Dusty Dirt. We enjoy being outside, so we will return if the entertainment is not playing elsewhere, closer. Parking, get to the area early, parking plenty. Eateries all around. Uber drivers and taxis available for those staying in hotels.

In the off season the box office for our venues is open from on sale time (usually 10 am) to 6 pm of the on sale day. All shows on sale that day and shows that are already on sale are available. In the spring we extend box office hours once our venues near full operation. Generally on or around 4/15.
You’re not really supposed to and security does have the right to kick you out if you are caught vaping/smoking inside. I already met a girl this year who had an allergy to smoke, so I advise not to.
WFC follows Federal guidelines Cannabis is NOT allowed Regardless if you have a medical card or not. This is a smoke free venue. It is illegal to smoke or vape anything, where children are present or food / beverages are served.
You can rent chairs for$10. That was the price for Impact weekend
There is a box office onsite as well as options to purchase at local venders and online. I saw Jack Johnson here and stopped at theb "trailer" (box office) to ask about an upgrade and got pit passes for $20! Highly recommend venue.
The Hollywood Casino has a hotel, some events at the venue offer packages that bundle a hotel ticket with an event ticket.
Weed is legal in Maine. It will all be okay I promise.
We allow any of our water bottles and any artist water bottle from any show regardless if they have ever played the venue or not. Thank you.
Thank you I called, they will be in section 201,so I'm all set
I'd suggest calling and talking with them. They may work with you. But I know no outside food or beverage are allowed. & you're not allowed to bring any form of chair.
Ya u cant bring in to much..cant smoke either but people do

They usually open gates an hour or two before show
I assume you have General admission Tix, that area becomes standing room only. If you were lucky enough to get in right away you might get a fighting chance to get up front. Otherwise you will have bodies blocking your view.

Thank you both. So, a VIP Box to the Train, goo goo dolls, and Allen Stone concert should be fine for sitting?
There really wasnt a place to. Unless you want to do it in a parking garage.
At the ticket office just inside the main gate in the blue trailer on the right.

No. GA lawn ticket holders remain on the lawn for the duration of the show
No outside food or drinks allowed. I've never noticed water either, only expensive, warm beer.
If you don't mind walking a couple extra blocks, you can park at the Bangor fairgrounds (by Cross Insurance Center). There is tons of free parking and you don't get stuck driving in all the traffic before and after the concert.
No. There is no additional fees. Unless you choose to upgrade.

Children are welcome accompanied by an adult. Not sure but will check on that. I apologize for the lack of information. But thank you , that's a dry good question.
Terry, it depends on the performance, language and the age of the ticket holders. You'll have to contact them directly. Anyway, I've taken my kids several times now and they have always had a great time. Have a nice day!
