How come a paying customer can't have the cap on water he purchased but young punks can smoke dope right in their chair seats ? Time for drug sniffing dogs to go along with your metal detectors.

I'm sorry you feel like one has to do with the other. Pot is legal in Maine, but smoking in public is not. If someone is smoking, bring it to one of the many officers in the area. Also, tell them about your water and see if it's something they handle or if they are actually unrelated issues.

Smoking is illegal where children are present or where food / beverages are served. Please bring it to the attention of an ambassador or security guard. They will do their best to cease all smoking and vaping whenever possible. All liquids have their caps removed to avoid injuries to patrons and performers.

Apparently, if you have a cap on your water bottle, you can throw it at someone and hurt them. It's for our "safety".

I have only been once...them taking my cap from my soda was odd I thought but I didn't see an issue with it. I do agree however that even though pot is legal it shouldn't have been smoked in the venue...let alone right in the seats!
