Railroad street is closed the day of show Front St is closed and leased by WFC and is reserved paid parking. Upon arrival you can check with the parking attendant if there is handicap parking still available that particular day.
I am pretty sure they have handicap spots on the waterfront. If not next to the venue than the opposite way has parking by the food trucks and along the street. All of these spots are charge free depending on the event taking place.
