We went into camping world on Fernandina Road had a scheduled appointment walked in and told the lady was there for a appointment she then is trying to figure out who my sales person was for that day. Ward a salesperson took the Initiative and aid come here o will take care of you guys. So then we told him what we wanted to look at and then took us outside to look at a few campers after the third one he showed us we knew that what we wanted and we told him let’s get started on the paperwork that this is the one we wanted. Best experience all around. Thanks Ward for taking the initiative for helping us getting the camper for us and little boy!

Camping World will have everything you need.
We could not get one to help or approach us and those we ran down had no clue about what they sell or willing to help us. We went there to buy and ended up walking away. I thought it was a race thing but obviously not. They don't care for anyone it seems.
If you purchase the hitch from them - yes. If the hitch was purchased elsewhere, I don't know. Suggest you call them to be sure. Hope this helps. :)
