At the facility
No. As far as I know, they have such a corner from where the doctors can bring some medicines and give them for free if available. Otherwise, you might need to buy it from your nearest pharmacy.
I do not know right now. But Im going to ask someone who works there.

They do accept non-monetary donations you would have to contact them to see what they would accept. I personally donated to them several cases of hand sanitizer which they were grateful for..
