Mrs vicki told me that she did payroll thursday and that i would be gettin my money but i still havnt received it yet so i dont know whats goin on

I didn't get paid...Spoke to Vicki Friday and she stated that Brenda did payroll Thursday, and then checked my mail and received a letter from VTO stating that Cigna is evaluating hours and something about a loan. Which doesnt make any sense cause Cigna stated that the investigation is between them and VTO and our paycheck shouldn't be effected by this! Well, another pay period not paid again!
How could some people received the check?
