UPS customer service phone system is a joke. Had it not been for the awesome driver that came back and dropped off my packages, I would have left as a 1 star!!

Had a package set for pickup here and it was easy. The hours are definitely weird, but they have them well posted on a sign. The staff are friendly and were really quick to get my package to me. Overall a decent experience.

UPS has been completely unreliable in the Grand Valley for us. I'll never use UPS by choice. Use FedEx if you need something reliably delivered.

Nope. None of my packages are delivered. I have broken legs and had to get a ride to pick up. Our office lady said all of her drivers are terrible and cannot read. Good luck
Good luck with Customer Service. It’s automated and just directs you to the website. Very very poor customer service.
I have dropped off a few things here. It gets the package moving faster to drop off directly rather than a UPS store
