Good luck with Customer Service. It’s automated and just directs you to the website. Very very poor customer service.
Call customer service and tell them it said it was delivered and you have not received that package.
Call ups 1800 number and explain the problem. They may give you the ups cc phone number to talk directly to a supervisor at the ups cc.
