The most unprofessional location I’ve ever visited. It was cluttered and messy. The associate who helped me, Fatima, had so customer service with me whatsoever and had the most unprofessional, unhygienic long red nails. She told me a fax was $3, and when I started filling out the cover sheet she tried to tell me that it was an extra $1 just to include a cover sheet- which is ridiculous. Her tone was nonchalant and condescending. I will never be back. Wish I had read the many MANY terrible reviews on this location before I ever went in.

I can't even give a one star review with the horrible customer service. The girl working there this morning with the green decorated nails should be gone. A snippy attitude not willing to do a thing but insist on a code. Use somewhere else to ship. POOR SERVICE
