Showed up at 3:50 pm on a Thursday to have a document scanned. The door was locked with a sign on the door that said "Taking a Break." At 4:12 pm the worker inside the store came up to the door without looking at the 4 of us standing outside waiting and added to the sign, "back at 4:30 Sorry." All 4 of us waiting left. I went to the Parcel Store down Quintana by Burger King and was done in less than 5 minutes. I've used this UPS store many times always with good results. Some of the people waiting with me indicated the store has been closed during business hours over the course of the last few weeks. Not sure what is going on but this store is becoming less than reliable.

I went on a Friday to drop off a package at 9:00 AM. According to the sign on the door, the store opens at 10 AM all 7 days. Just want people to be aware as Google and Yelp have not updated the time change in store opening.
