Amazing work, never seen a roof put on so quickly and professionally. Greg was honest and direct about the price and work that they were doing. I would recommend them!

We hired 24-7 Restoration & Roofing. The level of service we received from this company is unmatched. We had several companies come to our door, but none of them compared to 24-7. We were educated out the entire claim process and how they would handle the removal of our old shingles and installation of the new ones. We were most happy about the level of respect they had in leaving my yard so clean. We didn’t have any shingles or nails in our yard after they were done. I highly recommend using 24-7 Restoration & Roofing

They put in a new roof for us. They did a great job and finished it quickly. Jacob and Tim were very responsive and easy to work with.

Excellent service. I have referred a friend here, and you offered the same good work-Thanks for that.

All of them can stay honest and faithful as long as you know what you’re talking about or have a contractor that stays on top of that for you. The worst one right now is State Farm. If you have them advise switching immediately.
Absolutely not the case. If the insurance company has given you any paperwork that has line items and numbers on it then you need to have an experience storm restoration contractor review that for you ASAP. They could have paid for the roof and only given you a very small portion upfront. They might have also tried to pay for a repair to get you to go away. If the insurance has been out within 12 months do you need to get with a roofing contractor that knows what they’re doing ASAP.
Unfortunately this is not the case any longer. Insurance companies are for-profit companies and the people that they send out to your house have one job. That job is to do with the company ask them so they can keep getting paid. Keep in mind the insurance policy you have is a contract. If you’re not being treated right by your insurance we recommend contacting an attorney or Public Adjuster for better assistance.
Don’t call the insurance without an experience contractor there and make sure that Contractor has explained everything thoroughly to you. Contractors that promise to waivedeductibles and don’t explain all of the details generally are the ones that will give you the most problems.
This is absolutely a question for a professional. Without getting on the roof and looking at it I cannot answer this. There are a lot of different roofing contractors out there and a lot of them call the insurance out to every roof and hopes of it getting bought. Make sure that you can verify the damage with your eyes before putting a claim in.
The ASTM is a testing standard in which a little metal ball is shot at a section of shingles to test for impact damage.Class 4 shingles have the highest rating of any products. These can lower your homeowners insurance significantly.
Absolutely, Owens corning and Certainteed are the two best shingle manufacturers. Their warranty and product far surpassed the others in terms of a class two or class three product.
Typically architectural shingles last between 8 and 15 years here in Texas based off weather factors and installation.
Well first and foremost any roofer promising to wave, absolve, or simply cut up and swallow a deductible is dishonest and you shouldn’t do business with them. It’s impossible for a roofing contractor to know exactly what an insurance company will pay and be able to promise to them magically make 4000+ dollars disappear. Next it’s important to have a warranty that’s honored by the manufacture, which most of the local roofing companies products do not. Last you want to be able to have good communication with a company that’s installing a roof, that roof should keep you dry for many years to come.
We can install up to 10,000 square-foot of roofing in one day.
