Leak Busters was easy to use start to finish. Larry explained everything in easy to understand terms. Everyone in the process of removal of old roof and installation of new roof were very respectful and respectful of property. We were amazed at how well they did cleaning up the yard and even used a metal detector to find nails. Installation of new roof looks amazing. Very Happy in quality and expertise everyone in the business provided. Definitely recommend highly if looking to install a new roof. Quality and Value at its best.

Hello Sharon. After you receive the estimate we need to hear if you approve or not. Usually customers will email a reply that says something like "yes we accept the bid when can we get scheduled" or "no thank you we are going with someone else". We didn't receive a reply and we don't like to call customers over and over to see about their decision. We are usually on top of calls and messages and didn't find any messages in on our voicemail. I am sorry for any miscommunication. We try our best to get to everyone.
