I used Politz for a roof installation for our rental property in Frederick. We were extremely happy with the quality, speed, and pricing of the roof installation. We also loved working with the owner Rob. With that in mind, we reached out to Rob to install a new roof, gutters, and siding on our current home. We were extremely happy with the quality of work and the fair price charged by Politz. If I had one thing to complain about is that they crews do not do a good job with sweeping my yard for nails after the siding and roofing projects. I ended up purchasing my own magnet and metal detector in order to feel comfortable with the nail situation. Having said this, had you told me upfront that I would have to pick up the nails myself, I would still have chosen Politz for our work. Our home looks great and each of the teams performed great work. If you want your project to be performed by quality craftsmen at a fair price, choose Politz!

We contracted to build a modular home in VA. The modular company provided substandard plywood sheathing throughout. Mr. Politz came to the site and said he would take care of us and he did. His crew replaced the entire plywood roof, shingled, and finished it beautifully. I give them my highest recommendation. If you need your roof repaired or replaced there is no one better. Politz replaced my roof back in May. Ron did a great job of explaining the products and put a rush on the installation because my roof started to leak. The crew did a great job installing and cleaning up. Can’t beat the price, several thousand dollars less than closest estimates and Politz was personally recommended, not just by reading reviews.
